DON’T GET ‘COURT’

Nothing can be worse than having the cloud of legal action hanging over
you.

No hairdresser wants the bad publicity of cases upheld against them.

Contrary to popular belief it is not always found that the hairdresser is at fault
when a claim is made.

HOW TO RETAIN YOUR HIGH PROFESSIONAL REPUTATION.

The Institute of Trichologists has been supporting hairdressers and the public
for over 100 years.

Just the slightest error of judgement could cause damage and a distressing
situation for both parties, which may lead to legal action.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Understand why things go wrong and therefore how best to avoid problems.

Know the correct procedures to take when using chemical services.

How to handle the situation if a mistake has been made.

Where to go to seek guidance and advice if a claim has been made against
you.

Dealing with false claims.

WHY YOU NEED TO ATTEND

If you avoid legal action being taken against you, you uphold the reputation
of your salon.
You also keep your insurance premiums
from rising sharply

All the above, will give you an edge on those salons that have not
received specialist training in this area.

You will receive a certificate of attendance to display in your salon, which
will show that you are professional and take the safety of your clients’
seriously.

The will be seminar are given by-
